1. Processing Time

The time it takes to prepare your order before it is shipped is called Processing Time.

Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Please note: This time is separate from the carrier's estimated transit time.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

Shipping Area: We ship to all addresses within the United States (nationally).

Primary Carriers: We primarily use UPS and USPS to deliver your orders, choosing the best option based on the package size, weight, and destination.

3. Shipping Options & Estimated Transit Times

Once your order has been processed (see Section 1), the following estimated transit times apply. These estimates are based on the carrier's timeline.

4. Shipping Costs

A. Calculated Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order and will be displayed during the checkout process.
B. Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $50.00 or more (after any discounts and before taxes). This free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your order meets the minimum threshold.

5. Managing Delivery Issues

A. Lost or Damaged Items in Transit

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your package is lost or damaged while in the hands of the delivery service, we will work with you to find a resolution:

Resolution: Please contact us immediately at nettlenpine@gmail.com with your order number and, in the case of damage, photographic evidence.

Your Choice: We will discuss with you whether you prefer a full refund or a replacement shipment (subject to inventory availability).

B. Incorrect Address & Returned to Sender

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer, or if it is unclaimed by the customer at the delivery location, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

We will contact you to confirm the updated address and process a payment for the re-shipment fee before the order is sent out a second time.
